Jessica Cisneros
BOARD PRESIDENT
(She/Her) Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government for the University of California, San Diego. She is a community connector with experience in political campaign management and community outreach. Jessica also served as the Student Trustee of the state that represented over 2.5 million students and was awarded the Tom Torlakson award in 2019.
Monica Wilson
(She/Her) Monica is currently the Vice Mayor and serving her third term on the Antioch City Council. She is the first African-American woman to serve on the council. She is committed to making sure those experiencing trauma and mental illness are not criminalized. Monica facilitates the Red Sand Project in Antioch - an event which brings awareness to human trafficking in East Contra Costa County and trains residents to identify and report this crime.
Diane Lewis
(She/Her) Diane Lewis is an Oakland, CA native and proud founder of; Black Reign Ventures, LLC. Black Reign supports; Civic Organizations, Non-Profits, Churches and Veterans’ groups with locating, educating and building trust in underserved neighborhoods.
Jasmine Kharma
(She/Her) Jasmine is a Bay Area native currently working at an all girls private high school in the heart of San Francisco. She loves education and helping out her community in any possible way she can. She’s passionate about performing arts and actually won Gold in the State and National tournament in college for Speech and Debate in 2017!
Audry Musgrove
(She/Her) Audry Musgrove is the CEO & Founder of Kenect LLC, an organization supporting businesses, while connecting them with the tools and resources to meet their needs and goals. Retired professional leader with 35 + years of experience in the aerospace industry.
Marisa Mark
(She/her) Marisa is a UCLA alum who is currently working in the tech space where I help market Kickstarter projects. Marisa is passionate about self-care, all things sports and baking. Extremely grateful to be a part of YHC! The sky’s the limit!

(He/ Him) A man that is call to inspire people to love God love people and love themselves.
