General Team Associate

 A general team associate is responsible for supporting the needs of their assigned team. They report directly to the Team Director and are expected to attend individual team meetings as well as the general body meetings for YHC. To learn more about the team, either click on the teams page or the description of the Director of the role you would be an associate. The following teams are accepting associates:

  • Policy Education Team

  • Social Media/Marketing Team

  • Community Outreach Team

  • Community Programming Team

  • Development Team (newest team)

To be an ideal candidate for this position, the applicant must have skills and experiences that are relevant to the needs of their team of interest. 

Ideal candidate:

  • At least 1 year of college education  

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated relevant experience to their team of interest

  • Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently
